My Nail Came Off With My Acrylic

My Finger Nail Fell Off 1 Month Before my Wedding.

My nail came off with my acrylic. Is there anything I can do with Acrylic gel anything to make it look like a nail for the wedding day. I had the gels removed at the salon had my nails trimmed short and got a regular manicure. If it doesnt you are probably making your nails too thick.
